Southern Baked Chicken – This recipe came from Mobile, Alabama. It is a boneless chicken breast with a mild recipe. Voted best taste in prom survey.
Chicken Marsala – Boneless breast with sautéed mushrooms and a bordelaise sauce
Pork tenderloin roast – Tender and lean pork roast w/ a peppercorn sauce (served w/baked applesauce)
Roasted tri-tip beef – Seasoned w/ Montreal seasoning and topped with a French demy-glaze

Package II – Hors d’ oeuvre buffet
Sliced seasonal fruits
Raw and roasted vegetable crudite w/popular Dips
Imported and domestic bries and cheeses w/ variety crackers and sourdough baguettes
Teriyaki chicken Satay on bamboo skewers topped w/ pineapple and ginger

CARVING STATION – LET THE CHEF CARVE YOU SOME – Baked ham and dip it into our special sauce, Roasted turkey and giblet gravy, Fresh baked rolls
